I’ll be taking part in walking 10km in honour of my mum and to make sure other motherless daughters are not alone on this journey as we navigate life without her.

Mother loss is not just an absence—it is a presence felt in the spaces she once filled. It lingers in the moments we wish we could share, in the questions left unanswered, in the love that has nowhere to land. Losing my mum, altered the shape of my world, but her essence remains in me—in the strength I carry, in the tenderness I hold for others, in the longing that speaks of love. This fundraiser is in her honour and for all who walk this journey.
